We know we have a great money transfer service, and we want you to have the reassurance that we’ve got your back! If you’re not 100% satisfied with the Ria Money Transfer service, we’ll provide you a full refund.
What does that mean?
If we haven’t yet paid the money transfer order to your receiver, we’ll cancel your order and refund the amount of the money transfer, including the transfer fee.
If your money transfer order has already been paid to the receiver, we’ll refund only the transfer fee.
How do I get my money back?
If you’re claiming back the full money transfer amount and transfer fee, you’ll receive your money back using the same payment method you used to fund your order.
If you’re only claiming back the transfer fee, you’ll have the option of either:
1. Receiving your money back
2. We can waive the fee from your next money transfer with Ria.
If you select the refund of your transfer fee, it will be credited to the bank account that you provide in the Satisfaction Guarantee claim form.
How long does it take to receive my money back?
Please allow 14 days from the date that we accept the claim for us to pay you the refund.
